Nicholas Weiss :
Attorney
Nick Weiss opened his practice after nine years of practicing civil litigation and representing companies in-house. A transplant from Maine, he now represents families, individuals, and businesses throughout northeast Ohio. He is proud to have been AV Preeminent rated by Martindale Hubbell, and has been selected as one of the exclusive Super Lawyers Rising Stars.
Nick lives in South Euclid with his wife, daughter, and dog, Bernie. When he is not at the office, he can be found playing tennis at the Cain Park courts, or supporting his favorite local theater company, the Ohio Shakespeare Festival.
Rachel Kuhn :
Attorney
Rachel is a Cleveland native who holds a B.A. from Miami University, M.S. from Syracuse University, and J.D. from Cleveland State University. She has over a decade of experience in various aspects of real estate law and litigation. She has successfully represented the interests of clients before Boards of Zoning Appeals, Planning Commissions, and City Councils; represented mortgage and other lien holders in foreclosure litigation; and represented clients in contractor, construction defect litigation and other property-related disputes. She also has extensive experience guiding nonprofits and small business in matters of corporate governance, compliance and administration.
Rachel lives on the West side of Cleveland with her boyfriend and their three cats. Rachel is a lifelong figure skater and when not working, she can usually be found practicing in a local ice rink. She also serves on several committees within the U.S. Figure Skating Association.
Eric Cherry :
Attorney
Eric J. Cherry holds a Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University College of Law and a Bachelors in Political Science from Cleveland State University. He practices family law and criminal law. He resides in Euclid, OH with his wife Tidakorn.
He enjoys traveling, exploring local cuisines and cultures, hiking, going to movies and concerts, and trying new restaurants.
Nicholas J. Mitchell :

Nick is currently a law clerk while he awaits his results from the most recent Ohio Bar Exam. His background has taken him through a wide array of legal areas, including Family Law, Probate, Wills & Trusts, and Insurance Litigation. Nick completed his undergraduate degree in Political Science at Marietta College. He graduated with his JD from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in May of 2023.
When not working, Nick and his wife spend a majority of their time trying to tire out their Puggle by hiking in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Nick also enjoys working on cars and golfing.
Erin Reyes :

Erin Reyes is a paralegal with over 12 years of experience in family law and civil litigation. Erin is always focused on client satisfaction and supporting our attorneys in their work to provide the best service to our clients. She holds an associate degree in Paralegal Studies and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Allyson Jama :
Paralegal
Allyson is a paralegal with six years of experience working in estate planning, probate, real estate, and litigation. She lives in Elyria with her husband, one-year old daughter, and two rescue cats. She holds a bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies from Kent State University and is a certified yoga instructor.
Allyson prides herself on providing exceptional assistance to the attorneys she works with and to the clients she serves. When she is not working, you can find her in her garden, reading a book, or running around the Metro Parks with her daughter.
Jessica Miller :
Paralegal
Jessica has over 13 years experience working in the Cuyahoga County Municipal Court System. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Kent State University. Her interest in the law led her to receive her certificate in Paralegal Studies from Lakeland Community College.
Jessica believes strong communication and respect is key in any professional setting. She enjoys meeting new people and getting to know them on a personal level.
Jessica is an avid collector of all things Marilyn Monroe. Watching movies from the Monroe era is one of Jessica’s favorite hobbies.
